Soffit, fascia and siding are what close your house in at the edges. When they're damaged, the roof structure and wall behind them are exposed to water, wind and pests. We repair and replace all three so the envelope is sealed and vented the way it should be.
The work itself
Fascia carries your eavestroughs and caps the rafter ends, so we make sure it's solid — replacing any rotten board before new aluminum fascia goes over it, not wrapping over the problem. Soffit gets installed with the right balance of vented and solid panels to feed your attic ventilation, which is what keeps the roof deck dry and the shingles from cooking. Siding repairs are colour-matched and lapped correctly at the corners, windows and trim so water sheds instead of sitting.
Problems this solves
Damaged soffit and fascia usually trace back to water — years of overflowing eavestroughs, or an ice dam that pushed melt back into the eave. Left alone, you get peeling paint, then soft spongy board, then squirrels and birds finding the gap. Blocked or missing soffit venting is quieter but just as costly: the attic overheats in summer and traps moisture in winter, and the roof above ages years faster than it should. Fixing the trim and the drainage that damaged it together is what makes the repair last.
Why Choose Us
Why choose Hakim Roofing & Exteriors
This is exactly the kind of multi-part exterior job that's a headache to coordinate across separate trades. We handle the roof edge, the eavestroughs, and the soffit-fascia-siding as one scope, with one point of contact, so the finished line where everything meets is actually tight — and the site is left clean.

If you've got peeling soffit, sagging fascia, a hole where an animal got in, or siding that's cracked and letting water behind it, book a free assessment. We'll tell you what's cosmetic, what's structural, and what it costs to put right.
